I need to post becasue it's Christmas

I just had a wave of emotions come over me. It feels like I am going to throw up, so I'll write about it.

It's Christmas.

Christmas is an odd time.

I had a relative, a good friends Dad, and an old neighbour die in the past 2 weeks.

That brings up the emotion of loving everyone in my life more than ever.

Also, in 10 days, my family and I are going on a family trip,
the trip is a gift from my parents,
all we need is spending money.
That makes my heart happy and I love my parents so much becasue they are SO wonderful becasue I relaize that not everyone get this opportunity.
My boyfriend will be staying in Saskatoon. I am going to miss him so much.

This weekend we went to a Christmas party. One of the big things at the party was Rock Band . I hate Rock Band, and video games in general. My sweetheart likes videos games, but not crazy like. I have had experiences with children and adults (or, in this case, bigger children), that have not been good. The experience with the child was that the child was very spoiled and was very dependant on their video games. The experience with the adult was worse. I did not grow up with video games and I would like to think that I turned out ok.

My boyfriend and I have talked about this, and I know that things change and not everyone is the same. It's just hard to shake experiences.

You know how you have friends that you wish you could spend more time with? Ones that are cooler than cool? Well, that would be my friend B . She got engaged this week. Congratulations. She deserves all the happiness in the world. I love her.

So today...

was the day of our Care & Share lunch at school. Our bussiness partners, WBM, come in every year and serve an AMAZING turkey dinner to our students that is cooked by a well known Chef in the city.

Special guests always come,

Mr. Rathwell, the Director of Education, came, who

let me graduate when I was 4 credits short in high school
who gave me my job
who told me to call him back after I couldn't be on the sub list becasue I was screwed over by my Tech school (SIAST)
who hired me as an EA even after he no longer had the job of hiring EA subs
and knows me and always addresses me by my first name. I know it's not much, but its huge to me.

I love him.

Mr Brad Wall, the Premier of Saskatchewan came. He served Turkey and stuffing to everyone and was so nice to one of my little special needs girl that I work with when we went through his lone.

It's really stressful,
but it will be a lot of fun.
It still hasn't sunk in that we are going,
and it's will be odd not having a "White" Christmas,
we are going to decorate out Hotel room (which is only 1/2 a block from Disneyland).
It snowed a little bit last night,
which is nice.
The day was a little gloomy,
and I have been sick for the last couple of days,
but I am feeling better (and probably will after a shower),
and the sun is coming out a little bit.
This afternoon, my friend Kim and I are going on our annual Kim and Keri Christmas shopping day.
I have next to no presents to get,
so it should be a great day.
I have put in my availability for the next 3 weeks,
so hopefully I can work like a madwoman between now and my trip.

I have a couple of lumps of coal to wrap before we leave,
so I should go and do that.

I just have a feeling...

that won't settle until I write in my blog. Today, Scott and I did some running around. It was good, but Christmas Shopping season in Saskatoon has officially begun. It is kind of crazy - I think that more people should stay at home and shop online. I should keep this short, but this evening (well, it's 4 in the morning, so it would be last night), we stayed at home and made some iron on shirts. The Oilers were playing Colorado and The Notebook was on TV.

A pretty wonderfully, simple evening.

Time to unleash my ADD

So, I haven't written anything since October, horrible really.

Let's see what's new...

We were going to have a Halloween party on the 31st, but since Scotts friends are all married...with children, it was cancelled.

I had a Tressure Hunt for our students, which was sucessful. I am thinking of doing one for Scott for his Christmas present. We are going to have our Christmas on the 19th, instead of the 24th, becasue on the 24th, we (everyone in my family) are going to be boarding a plane for California for 10 days. There is a joke somewhere in there about going to the Happiest Place on Earth with my family (kidding).

I got a raise, and a bonus at work. It's about time the powers that be decieded to give us the shells for the peanuts that they pay us.

We had plans to watch a scary movie on Halloween, but that didn't happen. Instead, a couple of days later, we rented my favorite scary movie ever,



It's old, but still creepy enough to make me jump.

Our next movie night, you guessed it....

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 1 & 2!

My wonderful beyond words boyfriend has decieded that, since I saw Ironman, The Dark Knight and Indiana Jones with him (all of which I wanted to see), that he should watch HSM 1 & 2 so that he would understand High School Musical 3 when we go and see it in the Theatre. Wow, what a guy.

Let's see, what elsecan I randomly jump into to make your thoughts think. Oh yes, the Riders. They lost to BC. It's like I always told my Grade 3's last year "Oh well, maybe next time." Scott had a chance to go to the game, but didn't have a means there. There was an auction on the Radio for a Rider VIP Package, which ended up being sold for $1500 (the money was going to charity), and the best thing was that the radio station was going to match the amount and give their match to the same charity.

This weekend was good, I worked Saturday (worst, shift, ever.), and on Sunday, Scott and I had all of our parents over for dinner. Let's share some photos from that, shall we.

It was a great game. Family friends have corporate tickets, so we had dinner in The Green Room. It is a place that corporate tickets holders can go and have a drink before the game, have a free (amazing) dinner and go back at half time for a warm up beverage (Ity will even be hot and waiting on your table for you if you order it before you leave when the game starts. It was super great. The Riders won 55-9 against the Edmonton Eskimos. I will be the first to admit that I have no interest or attention for the game of Football, but I do live in Saskatchewan, so I have to pretend.

It was really windy and I was freezing, but it was great. The way back home was sqishy becasue Scott and I had to half sit, half lay in the back of my parents Jeep. Not comfortable at all.

It is, in fact, so windy, that I guess no one wants to head out for the evening. 2 of my neighbours on my floor have people over, as well as the people that live below me.

My life is great, I just have to write about this

One more day. This has been a long, hard week. Although I have worked at both jobs almost everyday this week, it has been long in other ways. I had my car broekn into on Friday. I worked a night shift last Friday and it has been in me all week. Meaning, I have worked all day and then came home, exhausted. Thinking that I wouldn't sleep if I napped so early in the day, I kept myself awake, then getting a second wind at 8:30 - 9 and staying up until 1.

This weekend we are going to the Rider game in Regina. Pictures will be shared.

I am super excited about this coming week, mainly Halloween!!! I am making Bug Juice, Chocolate Mice, and Goblin Tongues for my class. I am also planning a Treasure Hunt for the little girls that I work with. AND...I am going to my 2nd (insert story here for another post) Halloween party!

Should be fun!

Campfire Hot Chocolate Recipe

This is a great Winter beverage to make after a night of shovelling, or when
getting back from Christmas shopping. The recipe makes about a 2 liter
container.

2 cups Hot Chocolate mix
1 1/2 cups Coffee Mate
1 1/2 cups (white) Sugar
1 1/2 cups Instant Coffee Mix
1 tsp Cinnamon

Mix up to 3 tsp with 1 cup hot milk (or water, but I like milk). Top with
whipped cream if desired.

I had better be in bed by the time TMZ is on

but I probably won't, becasue it's almost 1 am on a school night and I can't sleep. My mind has this 6th sense that, when I have super busy days, the previous night I never sleep.


I would just like to say Hello to my friend Erik . He is very cool, he has a deep love for his family and music and people like I have never read of. Of course, we have never met. We crossed paths when we traded music . He is very cool. Check out his blog.

My boyfriend is also very cool. He thinks I'm beautiful, special and important, and makes me feel that way. I am very lucky. :)

I am very interested in the American election. By very interested I mean I LOVE watching The Daily Show and The Colbert Report for their daily overviews of the news coverage. Funny Stuff.

We are learning about Saskatoon in the class that I am in, so I decieded to make a We Love Saskatoon poster with the students that I work with. Well, poster turned into Bulletin Board, which is turning in classroom project and PWIM picture.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving weekend was great. My family went to the lake for a Thanksgiving buffett, something that we have done for the past couple of years. TThe food was great, hangin out with my family was great, but THIS was tops,






This past week, Scott called me and asked if I could ask my Mom if she had any plans for brunch on Sunday, becasue he would like to make brunch for everyone (8 people). He did and it was fabulous!

Although it was a good meal, the family decided that we would start having meals at Mom & Dads again.

When I picked Scott up on Saturday, his Mom invited me for Thanksgiving dinner tonight! So, not all was lost - I do have wonderful left overs for tommorow for lunch.

This is a great Thanksgiving song, even though it is on his Christmas album. I love it year round,

Tommorow, my boyfriend and I are going to the lake for Thanksgiving. My family has a cabin up there and I am trying to getthings ready but am mildly distracted by my face. I never have had the best complexion, but right now it is HORRIBLE. I don't know what to do. I have tried everything, but it just seems to come back with avengance. I am using products that I got at Shoppers, but I think that they are directed at younger peoples complexions.

Today I wore my favorite-est ever black Old Navy strapless sun dress with a black cardigan. Very simple and cute. I slept in a little, so I didn't have a lot of time to spend on my face. My hair washed washed and worn, which made it curly, which I am wearing more and more these days. I headed out of my building and picked up a coffee at the Roastery . Ready to start the day.

When I got to school, some older girls commented on my black Mac & Jac sunglasses.

then,

one of my students told me that I looked really pretty. Thanks.

One of my co-workers told me that I look nice and summery.

then,

one of my students told me that I smelt happy (I wore allure today, not happy).

then,

another student told me that they like my eyes.

I was going to bake a couple of Saskatoon Pies for my class,
but they didn't have Saskatoon berries anywhere last night,
so my boyfriend bought the class a couple of pumpkin pies,

and some of then made him Thank You cards.

I really didn't think I was that special.

Happy Birthday to me.

It's been a long time

My summer has been quite busy. We (my wonderful boyfriend and I) went to the lake for the day on June 30, and I have been working almost everyday since.

Tonight, we are going to a movie. Tommorow, my sister (who's birthday is tommorow) and I and a bunch of other people are going for lunch for our birthdays.
Thursday, I am bringing in 30 with Cosmopolitans and White Chocolate brownies with a bunch of people at Moxies.
Friday is my birthday!

I feel like a bad mother, but it will go away

I haven't purposely not blogged for a long time. I have been really busy.

School is done this Wednesday for the students and Friday for the staff. It has been a good, strengthening year. It may be the last year that I will be with my kids (I was with them in Kindergarten and Grade 1). I am hoping to get lots of work this summer, so far I haven't heard anything from any of the jobs that I have applied for, but there's always sitting.

I have started seeing someone, and it's going very great.

I just thought I'd say Hi,
before I melt away into a get rid of this migraine sleep.
A sleep and then a run (and maybe a Starbucks),
and I should be good.

I told my cousin I would update...

so I probably should.

I just want to start by saying that my Limewire is acting really weird.

This weekend was a good one.

Friday I got a pedicure, manicure ands gel nails. My friend Marj did them. They're excellent, although I am still getting use to them.

After that I was supposed to go and see my friend J, who was in a team for the Cancer Society's Relay for Life, but I was a little longer at Marj's than I thought I would be. I called my friend Candace and we went out. It was my brothers birthday, so we went to meet up with him and his friends for a bit. After that, we went to Lydia's and Bud's. Much fun was had.

Saturday, I did laundry and went to the Salon. I had my eyebrows done, and then I was just going to get my haircut, because the girl who does my hair wouldn't have enough time, I was told when I made the appointment. So...I made an appointment with my sisters hairstylist. I love the girl that does my hair, but she is going to be going to Mat leave soon, so it's good to have a backup. She seems to fun, I am seeing her on the 24th.

Today I did some running around and now I am just starting to get ready for work. It seems odd that I didn't work all weekend. But I am tonight, and it's still the weekend so...

No Sex and the City movie for me this weekend. I am just halfway through season 3, and I want to finish it all before I see the movie. Maybe I'll go on my birthday, if I'm not work, which I hope to be.

I wish I had a patio. It's gorgeous outside.

My student and I figured out today that there is 8 more school days of Grade 1 and 18 school days of Grade 1 in June. Amazing.

I can hardly wait.

I am going to be applying for another job this week. It is another one at the Hospital that will keep me busy and away from both UI and The Lake this summer.

Summer in scrubs.

Not much else is new. Having some stress with the men in my life. But it's not worth talking about.

I thought they were special

On Thursday, we had a talent show at school. The staff did a really good version of "Summer Nights" from Grease. A few of the staff were dressed in 60's atire. The Teacher that I work with was wearing a poddle skirt, and had her hair in a ribbon. The students were sitting against the wall after the bell rang and the Teacher came out and told the students why she was dressed special and what the special event was about. When the students started to make their way into the classroom, one of my cute as a button little boys stopped in front of me and said,

"You're not wearing anything special."

It was a very good day

I had a good day. I got a bunch of free stuff last night and had a good time with some friends. When I came home, I had a great conversation with a great friend, and then fell into one of those I-don't-know-how-I-fell-asleep-sleeps. I slept in-ish and got ready for work. One of the gifts that I got last night was wonderful Margarita smeeling body lotion, so I used it this morning.

When I got to work, one of my students and I were working in the hall, and he touched my leg (I was wearing a skirt). I laughed when he was taken a back by the lotion on my leg. He smelt his hand and told my that I "smell like the sun".

After recess I took another student for a walk. She was holding my hand and out of the blue dug her nose into my arm. I thought that she was wiping her nose on me, so I asked her what she was doing. She giggled and said "You smell like a flower."

Onto the afternoon. I took a group of students out into the hall to do small group work. One of the girls looked at my arms and legs with a big smile on her face and said,

"It looks like you have brand new skin. It's so shiny."

I did some running around after school and then did some Yoga. Now, I am finishing off the evening watching Sex and the City re runs and drinking a latte. I also named my latte maker. Taylor, after the charecter in the song "Taylor, the Latte boy" by Kristin Chenoweth.

I liked today.

another day off

I took the day off today becasue I was not well, and becasue I had a headache. I woke up around noon, confined to my apartment for various reasons. I cleaned my place a bit, watched and tok pictures of city construction workers outside of my building laying ashphalt (ONLY becasue the Kindergarten class studies a PWIM picture of road construction). I tired to get a hold of a friend that I had tentative plans with last night. I watched a bunch of Sex and the City, and I must say, I thought that Mr. Big was a lot more mysterious than he is.

And with that, I'll go and get ready for my evening.

Goodness, they're still so HOT!

weekend update.

I came home from work sick today. I wasn't really sick sick, I had trouble walking and felt a little light headed. It's a long and complicated story.

I have been watching 'Sex and the City' reruns all afternoon, which is really the only thing that I could do front my couch, where I set up camp. I had only ever watched the very last episode when I was at my nanny job one night and the kids had gone to bed. I do remember crying at the end becasue I didn't want it to go off the air.

My weekend was good, I worked on Saturday and then Sunday was Mothers Day. I got my Mom a bunch of products from the company that I don't push anymore, which she really enjoyed. At first, I was going to have everyone (7) over for dinner. I woke up early and cleaned my apartment - not regular cleaning, "Mom's coming over" cleaning . My family was at the lake for the weekend, and my Mom called me and said that Dad would be staying out of town and that one of my siblings had plans. We changed plans to go out to eat, but ended up ordering in at my parents place.

Talk about good planning.

I wrote my final for Medical Termonology this week

It was super hard.

It was about 7 pgs and very hard.

The last pages had a bunch of Acronyms. Our Teacher told us not to study, but just to glance at that part of the text a couple of days.

One of the acronyms was RBC. I didn't know it, so I left it blank.
When the exam was over, I waited for a friend of mine to be done.
I asked her,

What does RBC stand for?

and she said,

"I sure hope it stands for Royal Bank of Canada, becasue that's what I wrote!"

My students love that I teach them words that I learn in my med, term. class.

I love the new episodes. Meredith is grown up, which is kind of hard to get used to.
Christina is trying to break out of her robot shell and become a human.
It's so funny.
I think that I am turning into a Robot,
becasue I watch shows like this, and I watch couples in my rear view mirror,
and honestly almost get physically ill.
I couldn't imagine wanting to be with someone.
I think dating is a scam.
There is a part of me that thinks about someone a lot,
but it's too much to write about on here.


I think my happy is broken.

I love working at the Hospital.
I like working and working and working.

I just get like this sometimes.
I just need to be patient.

I took a day

Too bad I can't really enjoy it becasue I have a problem with starting and finishing my assignment for my class (which I only have 2 weeks left of). I am doing an assignment on Leukemia.

My weekend was good, kind of relaxing. I relaized that I can't hold babies at all, becasue they all end up like this,

Also, I'll be working even more now becasue I recieved a letter that my rent is going up again.

My weekend was kind of a blur, becasue even though I didn't work, it was very busy.

We had a surprise birthday party for my Dad. So there was lots of errand running and secrets. I worked Friday night, while all of the relatives were coming into town. Did running around on Saturday with my Dad's cousin who was staying at my place. My Dad was surprised with his party.












I hope that video works, my computer is doing silly things.

There was a pancake breakfast this morning. I did laundrey at my parents house and now I am back to work on my assignment for class and study.

I am quitting

I am quitting my spa business. I hate it. There is too much pressure and my spas are ALWAYS cancelled. I will keep my beautipage up (in case people that live far away want to look for something specific. I will also be ordering for family and friends. But no more Spas. They're very stressful and put too much pressure on me.

Yay for Scott for being back in the BCCR! (Sorry, BAD Beatles reference there).

Belle went in for a Rhinoplasty on Wednesday (when I explained the story (that my Mom hit my car and it has a scratch on the front of it) and the Medical definition of Nose to them, they laughed a lot). I HATED my loner, a lot. It was a Red Nissan Sentra. I like the 4 door. And yes, I know that means I'm getting old.

I finally had a night off tonight, and I did nothing. I almost need 2 days off, or 2 large chunks of one day off. I think that's sctretching it.

I am letting my hair go grey. I have a ton of it. Pay attention of exhibit A,



It's not becasue I want to let it go grey, it's becasue I don't have time to get it colored. Everyone has said to me "Let the grey come in."

Blah. I'll probably get it dyed next month.

If it seems like I am blabbering on and making no sense. It's becasue I am super tired.

really, 35??

A big thanks you to anyone who is still reading this. After 35 posts, I am the worst promise maker and breaker. I still haven't gotten the swag bags out. I will be sending a little something extra, along with the swag bags out this weekend (probably Friday). Time has not been on my side, but then again, I am choosing to be so busy. I have a spa this week! YAY! My first one ever that I will be doing by myself. It is the week of one things.

This is my pause

I am sitting here, on a Friday night, relaxing. I know. I couldn't believe it either. I have been crazy busy for the past couple of weeks and I finally had some down time. I wasn't supposed to. I was supposed to work until midnight. As it seemed to be my lucky day today, becasue I was relieved 4 hrs early. It is really a very good feeling when I get off of work 4 hrs early and can still walk to my car in the day light.

By the way, this is where I am spending all of my time, away from the other place I spend a cut out amount of time.





Funny story. We had to have security in one night (tey're in lots actually). So I said to one of the nurses before she called them the first time,

"Make sure you get hot ones."

She delivered. Well, not really, they were just the ones that came - 4 times. :)

Then, we needed a room cleaned. She delivered on that too.

It was so funny.

We have an art club at school, and last night they had a showcase for their parents and invited guests. One of my little cutie students and I had this conversation when he was leaving.

Me - "Have a good night, see you tomorrrow."

Student - "Tomorrow? Don't you mean tonight?"

Me - "Oh, I can't come. I'm so sorry. I have to work."

Student (shifting eyed to the floor) "Oh...I thought that you would come."

Me - "What time does it start?"

Student - "It starts at 6:00."

Me - "I don't start until 7:30. I could come for a little bit before I go to work."

Student - "Awesome! (big smile) See you tonight Miss M."

I was called in early 1/2 hr later.

I need a personal assistant...and a money tree

Last weekend - worked.
Monday - worked and then had a meetig out of town.
Tuesday - worked and had class.
Wednesday - worked and then went out for dinner and a movie for my Dad's birthday.
Thursday - worked and worked.
Friday - worked and worked.
Saturday - work and then have a birthday party for my Dad/
Sunday - nothing is open so I can't do any of my errands.

I love being busy, but when a person gets to a certain point, it just gets gross. I have had to reschedule my color, trim and wax appointments twice.

I haven't been able to send in my BC order and get it by my spa on Thursday.

It Is driving me nuts.

This coming week is just as bad. Meetings, class, work, colors and wax, spa, trip out of town.

I am so sorry. The swag bags are getting better.

my neighbour passed away today. My parents and his wife and him were very good friends for a lot of years. We go over to their house every Christmas eve after we are done opening our gifts. On Christmas, as we were leaving, he said to my sister (before she was married, of course),

"When you get a man, get a good one...don't get a pile of shit."

and that she did!

Yesterday, in my 'trying to make my day better than yesterday' thought process, I told my Grade 1 students that I was feeling grumpy and that if they were quiet while the Teacher was busy in the hallway, I would turn on some music.

*flashback*
I was with most of these students last year, because I was in 2 Kindergarten classes during the day. So, at the end of the year, I made all of them mixes of different music that they had learnt, heard throughout the year.

They started working quietly. So I put on a mix that I made this year, and this song started playing,

most of the students recognized it and started half singing. One boy came up to me and said,

"This is the Saskatchewan song. You put it on the cd you made for the class at the end of Kindergarten. I still listen to it everyday after school."

and there you have it.

Day instantly bettered and heart instantly warmed.

all I need is a couple days off

I am not getting called by the Hospital to work, i HAD 5 Spas booked this month, and so far I have had to cancel 4 of them. I have no money, no gas, I haven't had groceries all month, plus class is stressing me out.

I would be the worst nurse tonight. My studying is sucking tonight. I have no concentration for my little blue, yellow and pink textbook, even though I should be all hardcore.

I'm totally attention deficit tonight. Lots of thoughts rolling around in there.
I'm thinking about my co-workers that came over today for a baby social. It was cute. I couldn't find my camera, so I used a cheapo one that I got at Canadian Tire (it was a promo and came with a flashlight). I took all of the pictures but couldn't download them becasue I needed to use the installation disc, which DID NOT come with the camera. Nice work.

I'm thinking about the migraine that I had and hid so well today. I was supposed to work, but didn't. I need to find time to go to the gym more, becsue that helps my migraines. and water, lots of water helps. Sleep as well. Which reminds me, I should fill my water bottle for tomorrow.

I am thinking about the 3 possibly 4 spas that I may be doing by the end of the month. I have never done spa by myself, so it's kind of exciting and kind of scary. This spa - ing is not something that I would do full time, but I like doing it on a casual basis. It's fun, and better if I can make some money on the side.

I'm thinking about work. I haven't worked at the Hospital in 2 weeks, that's a pay period. I hope that I get work soon. I miss work.

I am thinking about a boy that makes me smile, my students that make me smile, my family that makes me smile, my friends that make me smile, and the small children and babies that make me smile.

and I'm thinking about Josh Groban.

I'm thinking that the busy life has begun.

Backtrack to Valentines Day...

My students gave out High School Musical Valentines (I still have mine on my fridge). I told them that I had never seen it, and one little girl said,

Her - Miss. M, you have to home and watch it afterschool.

Me - I can't becasue I don't own it.

Her - You can get it off your computer.

Smart Cookie.

So today, I was at Wal-Mart. I am a 'check out the whole store if I have time sort of shopper'. Well, when I was in the toy section, I saw one of my students. This is how the conversation went,

Her - Hi Miss. M. What are you doing here?

Me - I'm just picking up s few things.

Her - Are you buying High School Musical stuff becasue we said that you would like the movie?

Me - No, just paper towels and other boring grown up things.

Her - I think you are. *smiles*

Her Mom - Let's go.

Her - Ok, bye Miss. M. If you want to buy the movie, it's over where the rest of the movies are. *giggles*

So cute.

Daily dose of child cuteness

I was out on supervision today and one of my students ran towards a small patch of cement and a little tuff of grass beside it. They just knelt there and watched in amazement. I thought that maybe there was glass or something that they didn't want to touch. When I walked over, the student looked up, smiled and said,

"Look Miss M, spring is growing. Maybe if we look after it, it will grow bigger."

I should be studying but...

I have ADD and can only do that for so long.

I NEVER thought that I would like going back to school as much as I do. The classes are lots of fun and informative. Tere are all women in the class, so it's makes it kind of interesting that way. I am quite excited for when I start the RPN course. It's so intersting. Although, I do admit it, there are times when I catch myself nodding off.

Next Tuesday, an hr after my class ends, I will be starting an exercise class. I should sleep good then.

Oh, and by the way,
the swag will be mailed out this coming Tuesday.

I won a free coffee on Roll Up The Rim today. Becasue of my crazy arthritic hands, I can only bite up the rim. That will probably loose me a prize. I checked out my prize in front of one of my little girls. This is how the conversation went,

Me - Maybe I'll win a car

Her - smiles and shrugs

Me - I won a coffee.

Her - A coffee is better than winning a car becasue now you don't have to pay for the coffee becasue it's free.

scary dream

I had a horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE nightmare last night. I had a nightmare that I was beating on 4 different people at 4 different times. The worst thing was that the 4 people were exactly the same person. I was swearing and yelling too. I woke up sweating, dizzy, with a cramp in my calf and my arms hurt, and then I started to cry. It was quite a disturbing experience

It was the most horrible dream that I think I ever had.

This is what I do and I'm not pushing it.

I sell skin care. I'm not a crazy in-your-face pushy annoying Avon Lady. I talk about it ONLY if people bring it up. I have had spa parties, but only 2 in the past year, it's just not my thing. This is the company. Men have asked me about it too.

I love the stuff because I was an ugly ugly (seriously) looking woman from the ages of 14 - 27. I tried everything and finaly stumbled accross this. I like it.

I had better stop before this turns into an infomercial.

The point of this post...let's see, oh yes! One of my male friends (just about the only one that isn't causing me stress and drama) is coming over tonight and we are going to have a mini spa, and I'm quite excited!

He just text me and cancelled. boo-urns.

I had a migraine last night, this morning and early afternoon. I honestly don't know how I made it home from work. I slept until this afternoon and then went to the gym. My dr. told me a couple of months ago to exercise more, and that it would be good for my migraines. It feels pretty weird when I do that, but I did it this afternoon and things are pretty ok now.
