I was going to go desperately needed autumn clothing shopping tommorow, but it will have to wait. These are some things that I would like for Autumn,

Soon.

Now I am going to go and crash.

Grey's season 4 premiere

This will be a short post, becasue I have to get to work. I LOVED last night's episode. There is room for so much sex and drama. YAY! I loved all the songs that were played too, but I can't find the names for any of them online. In my opinion, the season premiere of Grey's was way better than that of Private Practise, but then again, I still haven't finished watching season 3 yet.

I am trying to think of a Mcname for this hottie that works at the Hospital. wow.

Have a good day!

random thoughts will lull me to sleep

I watched Private Practise tonight, and I'm not sure of it. Maybe it will be like a new pair of shoes, and will just take a week or two to break in. Maybe it's also becasue I work in a Hospital, and Doctors should wear scrubs.

In honor of the season premiere of Grey's tommorow, I am going to wear my Grey's scrub pants to work (in the evening). It's grey sweater, brown skirt and brown flip flops for me tommorow during the day. Hopefully, becasue there are no kids on Friday, Thursday will be the new Cute Volunteer Day (Friday).

I'm watching Grey's season 3 episode 12, the last 20 minutes where everyone of falling apart like a puzzle. The Dead Dad's Club scars the shit out of me, becasue I never want to join it.

At school, I work with Day and Night. We will call them s1 and s2. S1 is very cute (they both are, depending on the day) is very calm and smiles a lot, but doesn't say a word. Ever. They didn't last year, and they haven't this year. Until yesterday. spoke 2 words at to different times to me. And today, another word. S1 one is an excellent communicator, just non-verbally. S2 is S2 all the time. Very active, some behaviour problems and talks a lot. Tommorow I am starting in a new classroom in the afternoon with S3, who I know nothing about. It will be a busy day. S1 & 2 in the morning, S3 in the afternoon, staff meeting, and then working at the Hospital for an 8 in the evening.

Thank goodness for Starbucks being 2 blocks from my place and in the Hospital.

Have a good one.

Who's excited for this?

It is the only evening that I have off this week. I am quite excited. It makes sense that I am not going to be able to see the Season Premiere of Grey's, since I saw the season finale through the TV's at the gym. I have just gotten into it this past summer, it's amazing. I have watched almost all 3 seasons since June. I called to order basic cable and tie it in with my internet and phone, but I don't think that it will be connected by tommorow.

I don't really watch TV, at all. Which is why I have been fine without for the past little while. I do, however, miss the news. I have 3 channels now (which my Dad hooked up for my last night), but I figure that since Grey's and Private Practise are premiereing this week, I thought that I would order the full meal deal.

I'm also excited that tommorow is payday.

I should go and have something to eat and then get ready for work. Lovely, wonderful work (sarcasm not intended).

yes, I love them

Last night at work, one of the nurses was talking to another one about the prom episode of 90210. and how she had to taper down that pleasure becasue she wasn't sure how her new gentleman friend would take that. It got me thinking about all of my guilty pleasures that I would not give up for anything.

90210. Yes, I love and watch that show. I would do Dylan McKay anyday..I am so sad that I don't have the means to watch it (TVTropolis, Season 2 on DVD).

There is something about this show that I can't get enough of. It is fun and smart and I watch(ed)it when I have days off. My children are so watching this show. And yes, I know that I am a nerd.

Sorry that this is so big. Taking pictures. I will take pictures whenever, wherever. I love it. I feel like my right arm has been cut off since my digital camera has been broken. Ans yes, I did take this picture. I am quite proud of it too.

Sweet Gossip, like candy.

Deep fried Mars bars. So good.

Flat Sprite. Not 7-up, Sprite.

I have almost all of their songs on my iPod.

Sweet, sweet pleasures.

out the window

I love being single. I love it, I love it, I love it. It's been a rough month, but it's for the way best.
I love living by myself, I love my apartment.
It looks out onto a great part of the city.

but....

I am going to miss the leaves when they fall off,
they were my curtains.

That's going to be a hard habbit to change.

:)

I never do these things

'What is your personality recipe?' at QuizGalaxy.com

but this one kinda hits the spot.

Since no one is here

Last night at work, they were short staffed, so I had to work a 12 instead of a 4. It was a good shift, there were other co-workers around me, which is always nice to have people to talk to, instead of having to sit a 12 alone. I wasn't prepared at all to work a 12, but I made it. I just had to sneak home on my break and grab a book (Lisey's Story by Stephan King. It was my first Stephan King book that I have every read, very good...different, but good.)

Security and nurses always compliment us sitters when we work. "I don't know how you can sit for so long and still like your job. You guys are pretty great. We're so lucky to have you." Whenever I work, I always thing of this,

Please forgive me, I am a Grey's late bloomer. I believe it was season 1, episode 2 'The First Cut Is The Deepest' in which McDreamy sits with the patient who was assaulted and bit off her attackers penis. It seemed like it was so hard for him to sit for that little while. I love my job, I love being a Client Attendant, a Sitter, a Watcher, what ever you want to call it. I love it.

I am still a little nervous about trying a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I went to Starbucks before I started work yesterday, and wanted to have one, but the Barista understood my fear. She is a great accuaintance and we have tried to get out schedules together so that we can go for lunch. She said,

"If you haven't had one yet, and you are getting a coffee for work, don't try it. Try it sometime when you don't have a purpose for your coffee. If your White Chocolate Mocha is your Octane for work, then stay with that."

I am thinking of taking a strippercise class. It is offered at a gym that is not mine, which is fine. Some of my co-workers took it and loved it! I think it would be a great way to meet other women and have fun. I called the gym and left a message. There is a class in September and a class in January. More to come....

Have a great day!

Does anyone know how I can get my e-mail address off of the corner of my screen when I make posts? Is it on the corner when you read my blog?

First post that will bring together all.

I decieded to get a blog. I already have a livejournal, myspace, teamsugar account (which is a really fun site) and a facebook. So then, why in the heck would I want something else? Well, not everyone can see everything. Not everyone goes to Teamsugar (again super fun!), not everyone is on facebook (yet, right K? ;) , Most of my friends on myspace also are on facebook, and livejournal has super tight security, which is good, becasue I like security. So, here it goes, I think that I will really like this idea. Now onto a regular post.

I would just like to say that my beautiful friend Ali inspired me to blog. I love hers. Thanks!

I am working tonight at the Hospital. I worked at the Hospital all summer and I really loved it. It has triggered my interest in nursing, psychiatric nursing more specifically. I have such a deep admiration and respect for Nurses, Security, EMT'S, Police officers, and Firefighters. I love them. I love watching them when I work at the Hospital. I love working at the school, don't get me wrong, but I also love working at the Hospital.

I wish that I still had my digital camera. Looking outside my window isn't the same without it. Just thought that I would let everyone know that.

Well, off I go to 'scrub up'.

:)
